What drew you to counselling? The challenges I've faced across my life motivated me to pursue a career in counselling and holistic health to help others along their journeys.

What's a key lesson you've learnt in your field? From the fertility counselling perspective, I've come to realise that no two journeys are the same. Because fertility is such a deeply personal and often emotionally sensitive topic, it is easier for clients to engage in one-on-one conversations rather than speak about such topics to a broader audience.

What keeps you passionate about your career? When someone comes into counselling feeling overwhelmed and leaves with greater clarity, healthier ways of thinking, and a way forward in their respective journey, it's incredibly rewarding.

What's one piece of advice for a woman who feels stuck? I feel the best protection against life's uncertainties is education and the willingness to learn, to improve your mental health, physical health and financial wellbeing.
